The diagram, left, outlines how Alexander Hamilton and Ben Franklin envisioned a model government during the Constitutional Convention, providing a framework for effective governance. James Madison’s
Powers Classes necessary for
such a system ensured balanced, functional government. Our courses empower business leaders to organize into trade guilds or individual advocacy groups, engaging state legislatures with the authority needed to achieve tangible results.

A Political System without Traditional Politicians

Imagine a political system where the federal government operates efficiently with minimal human intervention. Our innovative approach embraces this concept by leveraging modern technology. For instance, a Value-Added Tax (VAT) system integrates seamlessly with existing business system computers, allowing automatic remittance to the States following a sale. Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) play a vital role in validating transactions, assisting with valuations, and cost accuracy to help business profitability.

In summary, our courses present Hamilton’s system model in contemporary terms, visualizing references from the Constitution and Federalist Papers, to deepen your understanding of the governmental framework our Founders made.

Madison in Congress and President Washington made this system, the Constitution and Bill of Rights into
a Contract for a Federal Government (Table below), unanimously ratified by all States December 15, 1791.
Three 1913 Acts by Democrat control broke this Contract to control us and extort our wages and incomes,
ending State protections restraining Legislative Authority over communities, businesses, families and us.

Why Choose Our Courses

The benefit of our courses is that they give every Citizen leverage over political processes to expand their economics and prosperity. A new Money and revenue plan replace income tax: both State time of sale Value Add Tax (VAT) and government Public-Private Partnerships grow the commercial business economy to give individuals and families opportunities, dial back inflation, and retire national debt.

“That benefits us all, which is why these courses are needed by every
CITIZEN, but most of all by our States and business leaders like you.”

Madison’s Class grouping of Powers, the first column in the table above, are groups of  Clauses in second column linked by a semicolon with “Object Words” capitalized when put together make a system. The first print edition of the Declaration of Independence Preamble reveals that “Form” of Government, first clause, and “Systems of Government,”  third clause, defined their view of a Federal of Government made up of Systems with form: “An organization, process, device, or physical structure, a “whole” greater than its parts, made from “objects” and processes with a mental design, model, or pattern.”

The Preamble's Vision for Our Union

A timeless principle in systems thinking states, “The whole is greater than its part[s].” Articulated by Alexander Hamilton in this quote from Federalist Paper No. 31, and 150 years later by Gestalt theory embraced by Albert Einstein, underscores the value of visual thinking beginning with “the end in mind” to get beneficial results. The Preamble of the Constitution encapsulates the primary purposes of our union: “…provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare…” Hamilton further elaborates on these objectives in Federalist No. 23, highlighting the vital goals of the union, which include: “the common defense of the members; the preservation of the public peace as well against internal convulsions as external attacks; the regulation of commerce with other nations and between the States; the superintendence of our intercourse, political and commercial, with foreign countries.” The series of Federalist Papers that began there continued to Federalist No. 30 on “systems of government” and on to “the system of government” ending in Federalist
No. 36. Interestingly, the Library of Congress rewrote the last paragraph of this paper to obfuscate this fact, revealed in the Clinton Rossiter edition of Federalist Papers.

Madison’s Class grouping of Powers, shown in the table above, are individual Clauses linked by a semicolon with “Object Words” capitalized to make a system.

The first print edition of the Declaration of Independence reveals in its Preamble: “Form” of Government first clause and “System of Government” third clause defined their view of a Federal Government made up of Systems with form: “An organization, process, device, or physical structure as a “whole” greater than its parts, made from “objects” and processes with a mental design, model, or pattern.”

Gold and Silver Coin circulated by States: The Constitution still requires States to provide gold and silver Coin to pay their bills, Article I Section 10. State Supreme Courts’ Concurrent Jurisdiction can sidestep the Supreme Court, an Alexander Hamilton observation, and by “The Political Question Doctrine” can make a non-justiciable issue for it. Our States can use the Federal Constitution and State Supreme Courts to regulate, control and manage the Federal Government as they did before this was taken away from States by Amendment 16 and 17 in 1913.

But that’s not all, Article I Section 8 (Congress) Clause 12 limits the Term of Standing Armies, so at this time States can take over the Army bases and other actions to rein in the Federal Government including changing the Constitution without Congress to require Federal gold and silver Coinage for circulation to Citizens that States are required to do to pay its bills by the Constitution.

Replacing income tax States can replace income taxing of state citizens with instate collected VAT taxes at time of a sale for both State and Federal Governments. A Biblical principle, Luke Chapter 19, with 19:13 as the divide between income tax extortion and making sure state and cities preserve Citizen’s money and “put this money to work” in Commerce that makes governments wealthy after Citizens put their money to work, Luke 19:8. State leaders are to help us earn something from our wages before any government does, preserving our earnings, Luke 18:13-27. Luke 18 and 19 are prophetic, you are either working for the Kingdom of God or not.
