James Madison’s ENIGMA

“A popular Government, without popular information, or the means of acquiring it, is  but a Prologue to a Farce or a Tragedy; or, perhaps both. Knowledge will forever  govern ignorance: And a people who mean to be their own Governors, must arm  themselves with the power which knowledge gives.”

James Madison Letter to W. T. Barry, August 4, 1822 (National Archives)

Founders View of Public Trust: James Madison, Federalist No. 46

“The federal and State governments are in fact but different agents and trustees of the people, constituted with different powers, designed for different purposes.

We must consider both of them as substantially dependent on the great body of the
citizens of the United States …the ultimate authority …resides in the people alone…”

The Public Trust: James Madison’s Power Pyramid

A Pyramid is the Reverse of the Great Seal of the United States. At the Constitution Convention, delegate James Wilson famously showed the delegates a picture of a pyramid. “In order for the federal government to be truly powerful he explained, it must, like a pyramid, have the broadest possible base. – the support of the American people.” (Signing Their Rights Away, Quirk Books) Madison undoubtedly had this in mind, creating six classes of Constitution Powers (Federalist Nos. 41-44) shown below.

TRUSTEE FRAUD: Democrat Party Economic War Crimes Against Citizens

Remember, your State Representatives and Senators have a duty to work to regulate,
control and Manage the Federal Government on our behalf for every Citizens benefit.

Black’s Law Dictionary® defines a fraudulent act as conduct involving bad faith, dishonesty, a lack of integrity, or moral turpitude. Moral turpitude is conduct contrary to justice, honesty, or morality. In ethics, offenses involving moral turpitude – such as fraud or breach of trust – make a person unfit to be a trustee. A constitutional tort is a violation of one’s constitutional rights by a government officer. A legal or sometimes criminal action may be directed at the officer, if state laws are considered.

The “Great American System”: Alexander Hamilton

States Collect All Revenue, Not from Citizens’ Means of Existing and Producing

Alexander Hamilton, Federalist Paper No. 36, Concerning the General Power of Taxation, January 8, 1788, the last in a series of papers from No. 23 to No. 36, listed 3 specific clauses prohibiting individual Direct (internal, income) taxes that the Framers viewed as “extortion”

And as to the conduct of the officers of the revenue [IRS], the provision in favor of trial by jury in criminal cases, will afford the security aimed at. Willful abuses of a public authority, to the oppression of the subject, and every species of official extortion, are offenses against the government, for which the persons who commit them may be indicted and punished according to the circumstances of the case. (Federalist Paper No. 83)

James Madison, Federalist No. 10, asserted a union of a republican form of government
protects the States and U.S. Citizens from oppression by Factions, mainly political parties, he applies any group of citizens. “By a faction, I understand a number of citizens, whether amounting to a majority or a minority of the whole, who are united and actuated by some common impulse of passion, or of interest, adversed to the rights of other citizens, or to the permanent and aggregate interests of the community.

He concluded that “…The regulation of these various and interfering interests forms the
principal task of modern legislation.” The organized National Political Parties are nowhere found in the Constitution. Neither did Congress legislate against them when our jobs were sent offshore by taxation against the “permanent and aggregate interests of the community,” Democrat Party “Tax the Wealthy and the Big Manufacturing Companies.”

The Democrat Party deliberately did this to us

After two World Wars, the aftermath of global trading and new mass communication, the 40 years 1977 to 2017 of income taxes worked to the detriment of U.S. based small and large businesses: a loss of $18.6 trillion in wages, 20 million high-paying Middle Class manufacturing jobs, plus supporting business drove job losses to 4 times that amount. Large company jobs fled to low-tax countries because workers automated high volume products making total tax cost for these companies 2 to 4 times higher than total wage cost shown previously in Manufacturing Jobs Data Showing Total Wages Lost 1967–2017. (“About” page)

Congress’ restriction of money supply caused by the Wilson Constitution’s 16th and 17th Amendments (“taxation without representation” consolidating States into one Federal Government) and Federal Reserve Act control caused every economic depression and recession since 1913 from this tax fraud scheme and tax extortion from citizens.

A Trustee’s Fiduciary Duty

“Particularly relevant to government officials, the duty of loyalty is the fiduciary’s obligation to  subordinate his own interests to the welfare of the beneficiaries.

“Acting in a self-serving way (“self-dealing”) violates the duty of loyalty because of the risk that  the fiduciary may be enriched at the expense of the beneficiary.”

Natelson, Robert G., The Constitution and the Public Trust, 52 Buffalo Law Review 1077 2004

Citizens PLUNDERED!

Money is, with propriety, considered as the vital principle of the body politic;
From a deficiency in this particular, one of two evils must ensue; either the people must be subjected to continual plunder, or the government must sink into a fatal atrophy, and, in a short course of time, perish.”

— Alexander Hamilton,
Federalist No. 30
