Systems of Government and Finance were the intent of the “Plan of the Convention.”
We use our knowledge and experience of systems to help state government officials
understand their duties to the Constitution of the United States and oftentimes to their
own State Constitutions.

The Ultimate Goal and Purpose of these Courses is teach principles of good Government 
for Citizens to experience through technology and raise money to meet Investment Goals.

By employing Systems experience learned from the U.S. Space Force and Corporate 
Global Supply Chains, create Medical Systems and Devices to cure diseases or 
conditions that are difficult or impossible to treat through normal means.

Epidemiology, Biostatistics and Medical Device Systems require significant computing and 
advanced manufacturing equipment and metal additive and 3-D printing facilities, requiring 
significant investment. We plan to sponsor Woman-Owned Businesses and cultivate 
leadership of teams by talented and experienced women and systems education.

The income generated from the Constitution Power Series of Courses is dedicated to: (1) helping State legislatures, State and Private Education Boards, States Higher Ed Commissions and Citizens with systems technology education to run Governments; (2) mentoring teams to lead in development and manufacturing of advanced electromechanical medical devices; (3) investment in computer equipment, advanced manufacturing and robotic equipment, and technical medical specialists, practitioners, and facilities; and woman-owned management.

1. From knowledge and understanding of our Constitution’s Systems (Form) of Government and Finance our Founders and Framers meant for Republics, hire regional law firms to pursue to get Citizens money back from taxing not in the Constitution [Article I Section 8 Clause 1] that Commerce was supposed to provide [Article I Section 8 Clause 3] with treble damages for manufacturing workers lost jobs from income tax on producing and existing. Provide incentive for our States to get U.S. Treasury to provide gold and silver Money to pay debts [Article I Section 10 Clause 1] and States to collect Value Add Tax (VAT) at time and point of sale to replace income tax and “put Citizens’ Money to Work” to earn a return before any tax is levied. (Luke 19:13 )

2. Establish Medical System Institutes at select locations for teaching and to create “capstone”small group team projects to develop and produce non-invasive medical micro systems. Systems Institutes help start and mentor entrepreneurial teams to create and manage businesses and provide statistical databases.

3. Preparing and elevating the experience and stature of High School and College/ University graduate men and women in small group teams to prepare them for teams and leadership in Systems. Develop leaders among women in order to form the most effective Core Team organizations ever in a small group team setting. Provide business, statistical and systems education.

4. Hire and administer a national law firm to pursue an $18.6 Trillion Dollar Article III Case in Equity for manufacturing workers lost wages over the last 55 years. To get restitution of this 55 year wage extortion with treble damages due to Democrats’ high corporate income taxes, requires a competent national database of workplace skills and regionally recognized law firms privately hired. Promote States’ Constitutional Conventions to reinstate Systems of Government and Finance with gold and silver Money payment systems for States to circulate Money for us to earn and use.

5. To fulfill these goals, “Know Your Constitution Power” (www.constiutionpower.com) is a living framework to raise money by Course sales and 10-year State licenses for a teamwork teaching tool and curriculum for College and University study. A restricted set of Courses for State Legislators on the TRUTH of the FORM and SYSTEM of Federal (and State) Government from the Declaration of Independence, Constitution, and Bill of Rights is designed for Legislative action to restore our State’s Contract for Systems of Government and Finance that founders President Washington, Treasury Secretary Hamilton and James Madison in Congress had unanimously ratified by and for all the States December 15, 1791.
